Where will the interview take place?
We come to you! The interview is conducted in your home or a location of your choice wherever you feel most comfortable. This relaxed setting helps create an authentic and enjoyable storytelling experience.

We completely understand, and we’re here to help. Our pre-interview chats and relaxed interview process are designed to put you at ease. If you need a break during the interview, we’ll pause and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.
What is the process?
Here’s what you can expect:
• Pre-Interview Conversation: We begin with a relaxed meeting, getting to know you over a cup of tea or coffee, to ensure you're comfortable and sure about the process.
• Interview: an easy-going conversation in a setting where you feel most at ease, carefully capturing your authentic story in your own voice.
• Production: We carefully edit the footage, to include your photos and memorabilia to enrich the storytelling experience.
• Review and Delivery: You’ll review the draft, can request any adjustments, and receive the final product as a high-quality digital file on a USB drive.
How long does the process take?
The timeline depends on the package chosen, the complexity of your story and the elements included. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, most projects are completed within 4–8 weeks.
Can I include family members or loved ones in my video?
Yes! Adding voices and perspectives from your loved ones can make your story even richer. We’ll work with you to coordinate how they can participate in the storytelling process.
Will my personal story stay private?
Your story, your choice. We uphold the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality, ensuring your story is shared only with those you trust.
Can I order additional copies of the video?
Yes! We’re happy to provide additional USB drives upon request, ensuring your loved ones can enjoy the video as well.
Can I include photos, memorabilia, or other items in my video?
Absolutely! Incorporating your family photos, letters, heirlooms, or other meaningful items adds depth to your story. We digitize these items and seamlessly weave them into the final video.
